What you will do
- Monitor manufacturing processes using statistical process control and develop process-monitoring techniques.
- Lead small to medium projects for selecting, installing, qualifying, and implementing manufacturing equipment.
- Investigate process and equipment failures through structured root-cause analysis and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Create and maintain engineering change orders, work instructions, equipment files, validation protocols, and validation reports.
- Manage equipment and capacity requirements while ensuring compliance with medical-device regulations and quality-system requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and engineering stakeholders to resolve production issues and implement sustainable improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience managing small to medium engineering projects.
- Practical familiarity with manufacturing technologies, production methods, and engineering documentation.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with Six Sigma methods and structured root-cause analysis.
- Experience in medical-device or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with process and equipment qualification or validation.
- Experience using SOLIDWORKS.
