Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Information Systems completed within the last 3 years or finishing within 6 months.
• Practical experience with modern AI-based development, agentic systems, and data modeling.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and data governance methodologies.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting structured material.
• Growth mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive change.
• Must be based in Switzerland to work from the office or home office.
