Data Architect (Azure)

What you will do

• Design end-to-end data architectures covering platforms, pipelines, storage, and analytics.
• Define data models, standards, and best practices for scalability and governance.
• Lead architectural decisions and manage complex technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data modelers, analytics teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ensure the security, performance, and cost-efficiency of data solutions.
• Contribute to data strategy and long-term platform evolution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and/or data engineering, including complex, large-scale data platforms.
• Deep expertise in data architecture and data modeling, including lakehouse and modern analytics architectures.
• Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-native data platforms on Azure is required.
• Experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is required; experience with both is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust, end-to-end technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, analytics, data-driven use cases, and senior stakeholder communication.
