What you will do

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales satisfaction and renewals.
• Design customer solutions based on reference architectures and common patterns using hirify.global technologies.
• Conduct product demonstrations that showcase the value of the platform to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive successful sales and present the product roadmap.
• Act as a customer advocate by interfacing with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Engage in external evangelism through conferences, meetups, webinars, and blogs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in pre-sales.
• Must be based in Switzerland (no immigration sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Relational Databases.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Enterprise Security.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
