What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape enterprise strategy and translate priorities into focused initiatives and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain an enterprise operating cadence to drive alignment, decision quality, and accountability across all divisions.
• Define and maintain enterprise tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor progress and provide actionable insights for the ELT.
• Act as a strategic extension of the CEO by synthesizing insights and preparing high-quality messaging for executive review forums.
• Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise operations, or senior leadership advisory roles supporting C-suite leaders.
• Experience in the P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance industry preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• Proven ability to act with executive-level judgment, context, and an enterprise mindset.
• Must be located in or able to work from Short Hills, New Jersey.
