What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API testing frameworks and scenarios across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Architects and Developers to ensure proper testing coverage and overall system reliability.
• Establish and maintain metrics to measure resource productivity and automation effectiveness.
• Identify and implement improvements and best practices for the test automation process.
• Troubleshoot test failures using SQL queries and reviewing web/application server logs.
• Build robust, scalable automation solutions for functional, regression, and in-sprint testing.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (Selective will not sponsor employment visas).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, development, or test management.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, .NET, and SQL.
• Strong experience in both UI and REST API automation and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience working with AGILE and DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Ability to create AI agents for testing, use AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for script creation, and validate AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Experience with BDD and TDD methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud testing platforms.
• Knowledge of tools such as MS Test, TestNG, JUnit/NUnit, GIT, and Selenium WebDriver.
