Senior Testing Consultant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Define release-level test strategies, quality gates, and comprehensive test plans across Agile and traditional models.
• Design and execute complex manual UAT scenarios and integration tests for APIs and integrated systems.
• Manage the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full coverage of functional requirements and edge cases.
• Lead defect triage sessions and analyze trends, root causes, and business impact using Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to identify candidates for smoke and regression testing.
• Provide UAT guidance and training to business subject matter experts (SMEs).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA, UAT processes, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Proven track record of leading QA/UAT activities for complex enterprise projects.
• Strong expertise in risk-based testing, defect lifecycles, and test coverage analysis.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), performance, and security testing fundamentals.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in government or highly regulated healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
• Experience in data masking and managing complex test datasets.
• Background in business analysis or software engineering.
