Salary: $130,000 – $162,000 (Base) + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define and optimize the roadmap for internal AI infrastructure, including load balancing, compliance, and model routing.
• Lead the evolution of open-source AI platforms (e.g., MCP Server) and customer-facing Iris AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Align stakeholders on AI-powered requirements, releases, and strategic capabilities.
• Ensure all AI products adhere to strict enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage multi-agent frameworks and AI protocols for advanced security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep domain expertise in IAM, PAM, and IGA.
• Strong technical understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, context engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Proven record of launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full lifecycle.
• Experience with open-source AI platforms or direct customer-facing products.
• Must be based in the US.

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with PAM/IGA governance initiatives.
