Environmental Scientist, Geologist or Engineer

Location: On-site in the Buffalo, New York office, United States

Salary: $28–$32 per hour

Environmental project services are delivered through field investigations, data analysis, reporting, and project management support.

What you will do

• Conduct soil and groundwater sampling.
• Monitor environmental media during field investigations.
• Supervise field activities and drilling operations.
• Tabulate environmental data and prepare technical reports.
• Support project managers across environmental projects in the northeastern United States.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• BS degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Field sampling experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
• Experience with the NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification with a current annual refresher.
