What you will do

• Define and evolve the product strategy for the endpoint privilege management solution.
• Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with agile teams for iterative delivery.
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to validate product direction.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support to ensure high-quality releases.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Enable internal teams with training and context for successful product launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 4+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security.
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1).

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with endpoint security products (EDR, PAM, etc.).
• Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications.
• Startup or scale-up experience.
