Location: Remote, but must be residing in Mexico

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure alignment with roadmap goals.
- Partner with business, sales, and customer success stakeholders to gather requirements and align priorities.
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform product direction.
- Define success metrics and evaluate product performance, including adoption and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or PO roles within B2B SaaS.
- Must be residing in Mexico.
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or product initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations.
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics) to generate customer insights or improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills for working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR technology, ATS platforms, or talent acquisition workflows.
- Understanding of hiring lifecycle challenges and compliance.
- Exposure to integrating acquired products or platform consolidation efforts.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Productboard.
