What you will do

• Own and drive growth for a specific product area, ensuring continuous improvement and expertise.
• Facilitate an Agile team environment to maximize productivity throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead innovative development by defining a roadmap focused on customer outcomes and minimizing technical debt.
• Guide product strategy by aligning multiple stakeholders and delivering valuable impact.
• Establish strategic partnerships to expand product functionality, value, and customer base.

Requirements

• Proven track record of championing the voice of the customer through usability studies and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, driving decisions with data-driven insights.
• Strong financial acumen to develop compelling product business cases and understand P&L and SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR).
• Experience in driving end-to-end product ownership and growth across the full product development lifecycle.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholder relationships through influence.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Prior Product Management experience in an Agile development environment, demonstrating significant product growth on a platform.
• Knowledge of the storage industry and hirify.global Storage division.
• Understanding of financial consumption models such as as-a-Service or utility models.
