What you will do

• Define and maintain the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, ROI, and organizational impact.
• Own the AI product backlog and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI product discovery sessions with stakeholders and drive the evolution of RAG and Semantic Search capabilities.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Executive Leadership to successfully deliver AI-powered products.
• Define and optimize product KPIs and ensure Responsible AI and governance principles are incorporated.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software products and roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals and AI governance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Based in Mexico City, Mexico.
