What you will do

Define and own product direction in direct collaboration with the CEO.
Design intuitive product flows to reduce cognitive load and prevent user errors.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless UX execution.
Translate high-level product goals into detailed, scoped specs and user workflows.
Proactively identify and resolve friction points in the user journey.
Prioritize simplicity and clarity across all product screens, buttons, and layouts.

Requirements

Must be located in North or South America
7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
Track record of shipping clean, high-clarity user experiences
Deep intuition for UX and user behavior
Ability to work independently with high ownership and initiative
Experience working in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments
