What you will do

• Define and execute the overarching web experience strategy, mapping journeys to specific buyer personas across all stages.
• Lead a continuous testing and optimization program (A/B and multivariate) to improve conversion paths and engagement.
• Manage search visibility across traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Develop strategic requirements and briefs for internal development and design teams to execute against business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, Demand Gen, and Sales to align the website with messaging and pipeline goals.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to report on web performance and revenue attribution across the funnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital/web marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in persona-based marketing and multi-stakeholder buyer journeys.
• Proven experience directing internal or agency development and design teams.
• Strong command of SEO, AEO, GEO, CRO, and web analytics (GA4).
• Proficiency with CMS platforms and SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Familiarity with ABM motions and marketing attribution.
