What you will do

• Own and ensure strategic success of client accounts directly and through your SEO team
• Deploy advanced SEO strategies including video SEO, structured data, off-page partnerships, and content marketing
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as senior escalation point for account issues
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO professionals to improve strategic thinking and client management
• Contribute to business growth through pitches, audits, and thought leadership

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8–10+ years of deep, hands-on SEO expertise across technical, content, and off-page strategy
• Several years of leadership experience with proven team development
• Strong client relationship management skills in digital marketing
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and guide strategy

Nice to have

• Content marketing or professional writing experience
• Experience in both in-house and agency environments
• Knowledge of adjacent channels such as paid media, CRO, organic social, and email marketing
• Prior remote work experience
• Curiosity about future search trends
