• Manage on-site startup, repair, maintenance, and testing of cooling equipment.
• Diagnose technical problems and implement effective solutions in the field.
• Produce detailed service reports and track maintenance activities using management systems.
• Conduct customer training on product features and general maintenance procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience in field services, preferably in data centers.
• Advanced capability to troubleshoot, test, and repair technical equipment.
• Valid passport and driver’s license with no travel restrictions.
• Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ of the time, both domestically and internationally.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
