What you will do

• Lead and grow the engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture and development.
• Architect the core platform, including data pipelines, AI/ML integration, and machine vision systems.
• Design and ship integrations with OEM ERP and DMS systems to ingest complex industrial data.
• Oversee the development of a mobile-first product experience utilizing camera and LiDAR sensors.
• Partner with Product and Data Science to translate industrial workflows into automated systems.
• Establish technical vision and drive best practices for security, CI/CD, and observability.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years leading high-output teams in early-stage environments.
• Strong backend or full-stack background with the ability to remain hands-on.
• Proven experience scaling B2B enterprise SaaS platforms with real-time data pipelines.
• Expertise in cloud architecture, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, predictive models, or computer vision.
• Experience managing distributed teams and familiarity with mobile app development.

Nice to have

• Background in aftermarket, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial systems.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP/CRM/DMS integrations.
