What you will do

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) for LG HVAC products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, manufacturing, and program managers to ensure timely product launches.
• Evaluate go-to-market strategies and review technical documents for the US and Canadian markets.
• Apply sound engineering principles to product design and conduct competitor benchmarking for performance improvements.
• Analyze product performance using statistical methods and field-based testing data.
• Prepare service, installation, and engineering manuals for commercialization after product launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC, water heating, and/or unitary products.
• Working knowledge of vapor compression and heat transfer principles related to HVAC systems.
• Experience in design and development of evaporators, condensing units, and/or heat exchangers.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and interpreting drawings with knowledge in GD&T.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Alpharetta, GA.

Nice to have

• Experience with VRF, Acoil, AHU, FCU, or Chiller product portfolios.
• Experience with agency certifications such as CSA, UL, or DOE.
