What you will do

• Perform technical analysis and application support for HVAC sales opportunities and project proposals.
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with DOE, AHRI, UL, and local building codes.
• Prepare detailed equipment proposals, system selections, and technical recommendations.
• Conduct technical seminars and webinars for internal sales teams, reps, engineers, and contractors.
• Facilitate bilingual (Korean/English) technical communication with HQ for root-cause analysis and new product introductions.
• Develop technical sales tools and equipment quotes to improve field team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or an equivalent technical degree.
• Prior experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in technical sales or application engineering.
• Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Location: Based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
• Availability for domestic and international travel to support field activities and HQ training.
• Ability to work overtime to meet critical project deadlines and urgent inquiries.
