What you will do

• Provide HVAC engineering insights and improvement solutions for new product development.
• Analyze and screen HVAC product performance to provide recommendations for next steps.
• Statistically evaluate and interpret product data from lab and field-based testing.
• Identify design weaknesses and pinpoint improvement points for current equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and factory laboratories to provide US usage-based statistics.
• Prepare service, installation, and engineering manuals for US commercialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and designing for manufacturability.
• Ability to operate independently and multi-task.

Nice to have

• Prior HVAC experience.
• Familiarity with agency certifications such as CSA, UL, or DOE.
