What you will do

• Review and label AI-generated exchanges to tune cyber detection performance and maintain label quality.
• Analyze technically complex cases to assess real-world harm potential and offensive uplift.
• Conduct org-level analysis of actor behavior to identify patterns for detection and mitigation.
• Query internal data sources using SQL and Python and cross-reference with OSINT.
• Document and share findings and recommendations with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior investigators on ambiguous cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, Trust & Safety, national security, or law enforcement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with LLM systems and their potential misuse for cyber operations, malware, and social engineering.
• Deep expertise in ransomware, local/remote exploits, scaled data extraction, or offensive security.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and review workflows.
• Ability to clear an insider-threat background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK threat intelligence frameworks.
• Background in dark web monitoring, OSINT, or cross-platform threat analysis.
• Experience scaling and automating detection and mitigation processes.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Portuguese, Russian, or Spanish.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, GREM, or GCTI.
