What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Build computer vision pipelines for object detection, classification, and image understanding.
• Develop LLM-powered features, agentic workflows, and retrieval systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
• Translate ambiguous operational problems into practical, production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, inference services, and evaluation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate venture concepts and ship working products.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Strong Python engineering skills with experience building production-oriented AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and data processing pipelines.
• Experience building or deploying computer vision systems such as image detection or object recognition.
• Experience working with modern LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Experience building RAG or knowledge systems using vector databases and embeddings.
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems into production environments using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, robotics, or logistics data environments.
• Familiarity with edge deployment, camera systems, or real-time inference workflows.
• Experience with tools such as LangGraph, PydanticAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases like Pinecone/ChromaDB.
• Experience working in startups or venture studios.
