What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of software implementation, development, and upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans that align with solution designs.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to leadership and clients.
- Assign tasks to consultants based on experience levels and project requirements.
- Ensure adherence to established project methodology and security standards.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the consulting team to ensure service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of project management experience in technical solution implementations or 2+ years in ERP/CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports and project variances.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, accounting, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward it.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or NetSuite.
