What you will do

• Maintain ownership of dedicated customer accounts as a trusted advisor for security operations.
• Perform tailored threat hunting and research dark web data based on specific customer environments and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver intelligence reports and briefings to stakeholders ranging from SOC analysts to CISOs.
• Partner across internal teams to develop and implement creative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Respond to ad hoc customer requests regarding threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in incident response, security operations, threat hunting, CTI, or dark web monitoring.
• Must be based in the USA and work business hours aligned with EST timezone.
• Proven experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for targeted threats (e.g., APT, Organized Crime).
• Strong background in presenting and delivering detailed reports to executive-level stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of security across various cloud environments and Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience validating prevention and detection capabilities using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.

• Understanding of contemporary scripting languages.
