What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from initial engagement to BAU transition.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the single point of accountability.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to present project status and platform functionality.
• Collaborate across legal, finance, and technology teams to ensure all engagement requirements are met.
• Advocate for client needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
• Perform UAT testing of client releases as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and delivery of technology transformation within the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery using Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with agile delivery tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements with minimal supervision.
• Experience operationalizing new operating models and processes for financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities and lead teams under pressure.

Nice to have

• SCRUM qualifications.
• Prior experience in consulting firms or technology vendors within financial services.
• Understanding of financial services regulations such as MIFID II, FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, or CSDR.
• Track record of working with offshore teams.
