Value Realization Delivery Manager (Fintech): Supporting the successful delivery and ongoing value realization of a portfolio of customer accounts with an accent on coordinating activities, tracking project milestones, and maintaining delivery documentation. Focus on ensuring a consistent, professional, and value-driven experience for financial institutions throughout their lifecycle.
Location: Must be based in Portugal (Hybrid/Remote options available).

What you will do
- Coordinate customer activities and support Delivery Leads in managing account portfolios.
- Maintain delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, and action trackers.
- Facilitate customer meetings, including Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Prepare dashboards and reports demonstrating adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Product, and Sales to ensure timely resolution of requests.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain delivery documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Delivery Management, or Project Coordination.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing presentations and customer-facing reports.
- Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, or Google Workspace.
- Interest in financial services, payments, or fraud prevention.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
