What you will do

• Act as the primary operational partner to the Creative Director across the SolarBalls and RunMonsterRun ecosystems.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, priorities, and risks for multiple strategic initiatives.
• Remove operational bottlenecks and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and optimize documentation, workflows, and project management systems.
• Facilitate communication between creative, production, leadership, and external partners.
• Support expansion into new business areas, including licensing, consumer products, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Project Management, or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record of coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced startup environments.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Notion or ClickUp.
• English: C1+ (excellent written and verbal communication) required.

• Fluency in Spanish.
