What you will do

• Design and lead the company's overall operating system, SOPs, and reporting cadences.
• Oversee operational excellence across client delivery to ensure high-standard, on-time execution.
• Manage finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial controls.
• Lead Talent & People functions, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience.
• Partner with the CEO to remove bottlenecks and reduce founder dependency.
• Implement AI and automation to eliminate manual work and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations, ideally from 100 to 300+ employees.
• Experience leading multiple functions (Client Ops, Finance, People Ops) simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of organizational design, financial management, and performance metrics.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments.
• Available to work remotely globally.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
• Background in agencies, professional services, or SaaS.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in implementing AI tools for operational efficiency.
