What you will do

• Own the end-to-end process from signed contract to live revenue, creating a repeatable launch playbook to shorten time-to-market.
• Design and manage the company's operating cadence, including annual planning, quarterly goals, and leadership business reviews.
• Set shared operational standards, tooling conventions, and reporting principles across functional operations teams.
• Lead the BizOps team, focusing on international expansion, AI-driven efficiency, and high-priority special projects.
• Establish a single source of truth for company-level KPIs and run decision forums to eliminate bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience building operational infrastructure at high-growth startups, specifically scaling through a 250+ person phase.
• Ability to combine hands-on operational execution (playbooks, process design) with high-level strategic thinking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and build reporting independently.
• Proven track record of utilizing AI as a real operational lever to drive measurable efficiency.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York or San Francisco.
