What you will do

• Design and build a distributed graph data platform and supporting microservices using C#/.NET.
• Develop graph data models, schemas, and traversal patterns for complex security relationship mapping.
• Optimize systems for scale, handling hundreds of millions to billions of entities.
• Create and evolve REST and GraphQL API layers for internal product teams.
• Utilize AI coding agents and assistants such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Cursor daily to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET or similar backend languages and building microservices.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong proficiency in designing data models and managing relational or NoSQL databases (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Must have valid US work authorization without needing sponsorship (no F1-OPT, H-1B, etc.).
• Practical experience using AI coding tools in production work.

Nice to have

• Experience with graph databases and query languages such as Neo4j, JanusGraph, Amazon Neptune, or Cypher.
• Knowledge of wide-column stores like Apache Cassandra or ScyllaDB.
• Background in graph theory, graph algorithms, or network analysis.
• Experience with Zero Trust architectures and secure software lifecycle practices.
• Experience building data platforms that support AI/ML or analytics use cases.
