What you will do

• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines for parsing, validating, and transforming diverse engineering data formats.
• Architect distributed, event-driven microservices and containerized workloads on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement resilience patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and rate limiting for high availability.
• Design concurrency control, idempotency, and conflict-resolution patterns in data workflows.
• Build and maintain observability using structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed or cloud systems.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Azure, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines or event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, reliability, and cloud operations.
• Must be based in Lithuania

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow orchestration (Azure Durable Functions, Temporal, Airflow).
• Knowledge of advanced data consistency patterns like Change Data Capture or saga patterns.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience in the AEC domain or with complex 3D/geometric data.
