What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of cloud-native, full-stack applications using .NET and Azure.
• Architect and integrate AI capabilities using Azure AI Services for predictive analytics and automation.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automated testing.
• Mentor engineering talent and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical solutions and deliver business-aligned features.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Azure cloud services.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure AI Services for enterprise AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in microservices, API-first design, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Business Process Management (BPM) implementation experience (Pega, Camunda, Appian).
• Front-end framework knowledge (Angular, React) and data streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in regulated industries, specifically Property & Casualty insurance.
