What you will do

• Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and materials for trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Manage event-related collateral and promotional items to ensure timely delivery.
• Support email, social media, and digital ad campaigns using marketing tools.
• Develop content including blog posts, social media copy, and sales enablement materials.
• Maintain website content and coordinate updates with external vendors.
• Assist with project coordination to keep internal marketing initiatives on track.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing or event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel to industry events and the annual company conference.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, CRM, or project management tools.
• Familiarity with clinical research or eClinical platforms.
• Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
