• Execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve targets and optimize profitability in the Kalimantan region.
• Implement marketing strategies and proactively identify new business opportunities for the Avitum Dialysis portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through education and operational support.
• Manage product promotion using CRM tools for planning, reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure all activities adhere to corporate policies and regulatory standards, including complaint handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, Nursing, or as a Health Practitioner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and current trends in the medical device market.
• Proven ability to manage sales operations in Pontianak and Banjarmasin.
