What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain Red Hat Linux servers, monitoring performance and system health.
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, authentication, and storage systems including LVM, SAN, and NAS.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Support virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Requirements

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and security.
• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or 8 years of relevant experience).
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Nice to have

• Red Hat certifications such as RHSCA or RHCE.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
