Location: On-site 5 days per week in Lancaster, TX

What you will do

• Design and expand high-performance networks, computing, and storage infrastructure.
• Lead security initiatives, ensure compliance, and oversee incident response planning and execution.
• Manage a fleet of Linux servers, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Automate network and server deployments using Ansible, Terraform, and other tools.
• Maintain strict documentation of Network and Server infrastructure.
• Coordinate with facility management to ensure HVAC, cabling, and UPS are functional.

Requirements

• Experience building high-performance compute clusters and scaling highly available storage clusters.
• Proficiency with container orchestration and experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven experience establishing and automating IT processes and setting up multi-site, scalable networks.
• Experience managing hybrid device environments including Mac, Windows, and Linux.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site 5 days per week in Lancaster, TX.
• Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds.
