Water/Wastewater Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Location: On-site in Albany/Latham, New York, United States

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to all phases of water/wastewater projects, including the development of design concepts.
• Perform and review detailed technical calculations while mentoring junior staff.
• Oversee design staff to ensure the production of high-quality drawings and specifications.
• Support projects throughout the construction phase until final closeout.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering.
• 4-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• PE license or the ability to obtain one within 24 months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience with water supply, wastewater collection, and treatment processes.
• Experience with public works projects from planning and funding through commissioning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit.
• Familiarity with hydraulic or process modeling software.
