What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Manage the overall profitability and servicing of a portfolio of client accounts.
• Coordinate with client service staff to ensure accuracy and quality of all client deliverables.
• Monitor billing effectiveness and cash flow, recommending productivity and profitability improvements.
• Stay updated on payment trends, coding, and payer requirement changes to implement process improvements.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports highlighting the value provided to the client.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, coding, or payer contracting.
• Strong background in physician revenue cycle management; ASC billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in third-party billing and claims processing within the current regulatory environment.
• Experience using Practice Management and EMR systems for production and reporting.
• Proven ability to build relationships with physicians and senior management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
