Salary: zł 245,000–zł 275,000 base (Poland)

What you will do

• Own problems end to end, from partner discovery to shipping and ensuring production stability.
• Make autonomous architecture, tradeoff, and prioritization decisions, backed by data.
• Collaborate across the business to turn fuzzy requirements into end products.
• Use AI tooling as a force multiplier while maintaining a critical, skeptical approach to AI outputs.
• Query, analyze, and interpret data to support evidence-based decisions.
• Grow into an engineer who can be trusted to deliver complex outcomes independently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, with strong preference for Go.
• Hands-on experience with data: querying, wrangling, and interpreting.
• Fluency and real experience working with AI and LLMs, with the maturity to be skeptical of them.
• Strong independence and judgment to run solo and know when to pull others in.
• Strong passion for security and a habit of asking “but is it actually safe?”

Nice to have

• Experience/fandom for Zig or Rust.
