What you will do

• Design, prototype, implement, refactor, and maintain production software and software components.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, designers, and product managers across the product line.
• Break down and solve complex engineering problems, champion features, and oversee their implementation.
• Write unit and integration tests, perform automated and functional testing, and create test automation scripts.
• Improve quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, and support reliable product releases.
• Work as an active member of an Agile Scrum team using Lean practices and tools including Git and JIRA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional C++ programming experience.
• Commercial software development experience in a scaled Scrum environment with shared deliverables across multiple teams.
• Experience working with large-scale codebases, refactoring, and quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent first or upper-second class degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git or similar source control systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, deployment methodologies, and system integration.
• Experience with functional, regression, build verification, and release testing.
• Familiarity with or interest in learning React for UI development.
• Experience or educational background in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
