Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience using modern AI tools (LLMs, agents) with a solid engineering approach to verification.
• English proficiency (B2+ spoken and written).
• Ability to manage processes, take initiative, and make independent decisions in a small team.
