TL;DR
Associate Technical Lead (SaaS): Providing Tier 2 technical support and resolving complex issues for the Archibus product with an accent on system reliability and operational continuity. Focus on troubleshooting databases, cloud technologies, and mentoring team members to optimize live system performance.
Location: Must be based in the US and available to work 8am-5pm PST

What you will do
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve complex technical challenges in Archibus.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Cloud Operations, Development, and Professional Services to deliver solutions efficiently.
- Partner directly with customers and partner teams to facilitate smooth issue resolution.
- Identify patterns in technical challenges to proactively optimize product performance and reliability.
- Document best practices, share knowledge internally, and mentor team members.
- Identify, document, and escalate software bugs to the Engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS software.
- Strong understanding of Archibus and SaaS platform functionalities.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure, SSO, SAML, and APIs.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, React, Java, XML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of Cloud & Security (SAML, SCIM, AWS, Azure, Apache Tomcat).
- Familiarity with GitLab, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Cloud Operations.
- Expertise in identity management and security protocols.
- Familiarity with AutoDesk AutoCAD and Revit for troubleshooting building/floor plan issues.
- Experience supporting FedRAMP-compliant products.
