What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies to meet client plan performance commitments and provide day-to-day operational guidance as a clinical SME.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical consulting services and support the development and implementation of clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
• Analyze pharmacy benefit plan performance metrics, identify trends, and execute performance improvement strategies with internal teams.
• Lead stakeholder collaboration by supporting client discussions during sales, implementations, and ongoing operations; participate in meetings and presentations.
• Support quality assurance and stay current on industry trends and best practices in pharmacy, PBM, and healthcare.

Requirements

• PharmD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in PBM, health plan, pharmacy clinical consulting, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and clinical pharmacy practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies.
• Managed Care Pharmacy Residency, MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree.
• Previous experience working with health plans or PBMs.
