Senior Cost Controller (Life Science Construction)

Location: On-site in Frankfurt, Germany. Must have the right to work in Germany.

What you will do

• Create impactful cost control reports and analysis to communicate trends, patterns, and predictions.
• Monitor project changes and ensure cost variances are accurately captured in forecasting and reporting.
• Oversee invoice processing and maintain the accuracy of the cost breakdown structure.
• Manage the monthly cost reconciliation process between Unifier and SAP.
• Provide expert data analysis and presentations to the project leadership team.
• Mentor and lead a team of cost controllers and analysts to foster growth and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control environments for large-scale projects.
• Right to work in Germany.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with project management software.
