What you will do

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design to build core capabilities from 0 to 1.
• Distill enterprise user pain points through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights.
• Build and refine AI capability evaluation systems to track product effectiveness and model performance.
• Experiment with AI innovations in office automation, knowledge management, and content generation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, AI, or Information Management.
• Clear logical thinking, self-driven nature, and a user-value oriented approach.
• Genuine passion for the latest developments in the LLM and Agent space.
• Must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.

Nice to have

• Relevant internship or project experience in AI products.
• Hands-on experience building agents or AI applications using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Coze.
