Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Turn new-country launches from bespoke projects into repeatable expansion playbooks.
• Define localized voice experiences, policies, and market-specific compliance requirements.
• Own product planning cadence, metrics, prioritization, and sequencing across initiatives.
• Investigate complex problems to identify root causes and design effective solutions.
• Build scalable operating mechanisms that support rapid international expansion.

Requirements

• Experience building and operating processes, teams, or functions in uncertain and fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership of outcomes, accountability, and execution excellence.
• STEM degree with strong academic performance.
• Technical, numerate, rigorous, and comfortable using AI to automate and streamline work.
• High standards for product quality and the ability to identify and control weak AI-generated outputs.

Nice to have

• Background as a founder, operations lead, product manager, or military officer who has led operations under pressure.
• Collections or fintech experience is not required; domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
