What you will do

• Lead design workshops with clients to define custom AI solutions for government entities.
• Scope new AI application use cases, model evaluation sets, and performance requirements.
• Lead cross-functional development of AI applications and custom LLMs with Engineering, Ops, and GTM stakeholders.
• Engage with future end-users to solicit feedback and ensure effective prioritization.
• Stay current with the latest research in applied AI and custom LLM training.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and Global Public Sector leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building products, including 1-2 years specifically with AI-powered products.
• Strong technical background (STEM degree) and/or experience building technical software products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies in enterprise and consumer settings.
• Experience with vibe coding tools (e.g., Replit, Lovable, Bolt) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Miro).
• Must be based in or eligible for residency/employment in Doha, Qatar or Dubai, UAE.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Coding experience in Python.
• Proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
