Focus on forecasting demand, managing critical and long-lead parts, resolving supplier issues, and aligning engineering, procurement, planning, and production control teams.
Location: Singapore, SGP; travel required up to 10% of the time; relocation is not available.

What you will do
- Forecast engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements and communicate demand to suppliers.
- Coordinate product development deliverables across buyers, planners, production control, and engineering teams.
- Create, release, and update materials strategies and execute commercialization materials plans.
- Support supplier selection, price and delivery negotiations, risk assessments, and supplier performance monitoring.
- Manage materials change control, cost objectives, landed-cost targets, and key process indicators.
- Resolve supplier quality issues and support critical-part, long-lead-part, inspection, and commodity roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Conceptual and practical expertise in materials or a related project management discipline.
- Knowledge of best practices and how materials management integrates with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality.
- Ability to solve complex problems using multiple sources of information and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to build consensus and explain difficult or sensitive information.
- Availability to work full time in Singapore and travel approximately 10% of the time.
