PMO Project Manager (Growth, Development, Power)

What you will do

• Partner with Growth, Development, and Power leadership to coordinate development pipelines, priorities, milestones, and cross-functional requirements.
• Break complex initiatives into structured workstreams, tasks, dependencies, owners, milestones, and decision points.
• Maintain portfolio visibility across site development, pre-construction, construction, operations, technology, finance, procurement, legal, and government relations.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, track commitments, resolve dependencies, and escalate risks, resource conflicts, and stalled activities.
• Support prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, resourcing discussions, and business-process coordination across sites and initiatives.
• Provide leadership with reporting on progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and required decisions while applying PMO standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in data centers, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of site development processes, milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
• Basic knowledge of real estate contracts and common closing-process gating items.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions and translating ambiguous work into structured execution plans.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools; proficiency with AI tools for project work is required.
